Returns
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all approved returns are issued as store credit to your Philly Love account. Store credit never expires and can be used anytime on future purchases at shopphillylove.com.
Return Eligibility
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@shopphillylove.com. Once approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be clearly written on the outside of your package. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Approved returns should be sent to: Philly Love, 125 Anchorage Drive, Ocean City, NJ 08226. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Final Sale Items
Items marked final sale, gift cards, and custom or personalized products are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for store credit and place a new order.
Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your store credit will be issued within 3 business days. You'll receive an email when it's ready to use, and it can be applied at checkout when you're logged into your account.
